I got my first hit of programming when I was 12, trying to get a light to blink on an Arduino ATMega2560. The happiness it gave me when I finally got it to blink. that blink, that damned blink, that's where the trouble began. I've been coding for about 13 years now and have never gotten close to falling out of love with it.
Like most people my journey with software engineering began with fascination towards object oriented design. Ever since, I've explored logic, functional, imperative, declarative among other paradigms. But functional programming has been the most wholesome experience thus far. I'm a big fan of Bartosz Milewski's, he has been my guide to the galaxy of category theory and functional programming in general.
I am a code-polyglot. C, C++, Rust, Ruby, Elixir, Python & Javascript are some of the languages that I've worked with. I'm currently exploring Haskell, Julia & APL.
I am a bibliophile. I like to read books, papers & blog posts that introduce me to new dimensions of thinking and reality. Checkout my book recommendations here.
I Blog at Devtechnica and Tarkalabs Blog. You can checkout my work at Github.
